Service
FulfillPilot helps Shopify merchants prepare and submit order fulfillments. The merchant remains responsible for reviewing order, product, quantity, carrier, tracking, and notification details before submission.
Subscription and trial
Plans, trial eligibility, renewal dates, cancellation, and billing are presented and processed by Shopify. Current pricing is shown on the Shopify-hosted plan selection page before a merchant approves a subscription.
Acceptable use
Merchants must use the app only for stores and fulfillment data they are authorized to manage. The app may not be used to violate law, Shopify policies, carrier terms, or third-party rights.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be maintained or updated, and access may depend on Shopify, hosting, database, and carrier services outside the app's control.
