Information the app processes
FulfillPilot accesses the Shopify shop, order, product, location, and fulfillment information needed to display open orders and create fulfillments selected by the merchant. It does not request protected customer fields such as customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
How information is used
The app uses Shopify data only to show eligible orders, match CSV rows to orders and SKUs, generate fulfillment templates, and submit merchant-approved fulfillment and notification choices to Shopify.
Storage and retention
The server stores authenticated Shopify session information, shop-level display settings, reusable carrier details, and import column mappings. Uploaded CSV files and their contents are processed for the current request and are not stored in the application database.
Batch order selections, quantities, and tracking-number drafts stay in the merchant's browser rather than the application database. Browser drafts expire automatically after 24 hours and are removed immediately after a successful fulfillment submission. Merchants can remove them sooner by clearing site data.
Server-side shop settings are retained while the app is installed so merchants do not need to re-enter preferences. Shop settings and authenticated sessions are deleted after uninstall or a Shopify shop-redaction request.
Sharing and security
The app does not sell merchant or customer data. Information is sent to Shopify to perform the requested fulfillment operations and to infrastructure providers used to host the application and its settings database. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, credentials are kept in server environment settings, and access is limited to what is needed to provide, maintain, and secure the service.
Your requests
Shopify merchants and customers may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks are supported for customer data requests, customer deletion, and shop deletion.
